These Terms govern your use of Scribed (the “Service”), an AI meeting note-taking application operated by Hagen Family Investments (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. Contact: support@scribed.lovable.app.

Payments

Subscriptions are sold by Hagen Family Investments. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, which handles card details and issues receipts on our behalf. We never see or store your card number. Billing questions and refund requests go tosupport@scribed.lovable.app.

The Service

Scribed records meetings you choose to capture, produces transcripts, summaries and action items using AI, and can email reminders or push tasks to connected tools such as Microsoft 365 Planner and your calendar. AI output may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

Subscriptions and billing

Scribed offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan billed monthly (US$18/month) or annually (US$180/year). Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, after which your account reverts to the Free plan. Prices exclude taxes, which are calculated at checkout where applicable.

Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to: record any person or meeting without the consent required by applicable law; upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content; attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Service; resell the Service without our written permission; or use it to build a competing product. You are solely responsible for obtaining consent from meeting participants before recording.

Intellectual property

We own the Service, its software, branding and all related intellectual property. You retain ownership of your recordings, transcripts, notes and other content you submit, and grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, with notice where practicable, if you breach these Terms, if payment fails, or if we are required to do so by law. You may terminate at any time by cancelling and deleting your account.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms and will post the revised version here with a new “last updated” date; continued use constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of business of Hagen Family Investments, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
